Work Permit

Canada work permits are provided by Canada Immigration and Citizenship under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP).  A valid job offer in Canada is required to apply for a work permit. Under certain circumstances, an open work permit may be applied without having a job offer in Canada.  These circumstances are elaborated below:
